The History of YRDS
Founded in 1970, the YRDS is the second largest regional dental society in Ontario and represents over 900 dentists in the region. York Region encompasses north of Toronto including Kleinberg, Vaughan, Maple, Newmarket, Aurora, Stouffville, Thornhill and RichmondHill.
Our general meetings bring our members together to discuss areas of interests to the profession, continuing education, and provide the opportunity of networking. In the past our Sponsors have found these events to be a positive experience with a wealth of opportunity! Each of our meetings average more than 150 attendees.
